Fantastic food, probably the best we had in 3 weeks in Portugal. Huge portions, so order with that in mind. We ordered from the daily specials, goat and cod dishes and both were totally delicious, very home made and authentic. The dessert was excellent too, natas do ceu. Plus a charming space with very friendly staff and incredibly reasonable prices for the quality and size!
Great dishes. Local restaurants. Busy place. Affordable. Big potion. Friendly stuff.
One of the best restaurants in town. The food is excellent, the people are very nice and the prices are very affordable. I surely recommend to come here!
Lovely place and even more lovely hosts, the food is absolutely amazing. The wine and dessert from the House will make your paladar go crazy! The prices are astonishingly good for the quality, definitely a must go when in Aveiro. A family business working at its best.
Excellent dinner. The fish was amazing and cheap. For two fish dinners, regualar Portugese starters, and a half bottle of wine the whole meal was €27. Even though they didn’t speak English, the service was fantastic, and we were able to order. The fish was so fresh, you can hear them grilling it right there. Much cheaper than any of the restaurants near the canal!
Authentic food with excellent service! Very much enjoyed the food and the experience at the restaurant. Fresh fish and bachalau almost looked like a large quiche except much tastier. Felt like a local eating here, which is exactly what I prefer.
Great food and very nice service! Portions are huge
Best place to eat in Aveiro. Staff is sooo kind, very fast, and the food is truly delicious
